Treat Bag

Once I had the children's Valentine's  bag together I needed to get the teachers gift together.  I bought plastic champagne glasses and filled with Dove Dark Chocolate Hearts and wanted to attach a bottle of Bath and Body Works Hand soap to the cup. Disastrous is all I can say. But on my search on how to gift the items I found a tutorial on how to fold a treat bag, and no scissors needed.
